  • Order Processing: All orders are processed, packed, and verified within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an instant email confirmation with your purchase summary.

We proudly offer Free Express US Shipping on all orders.

United States:

  • Method: Express Courier (YunExpress / USPS)

  • Delivery Time: 7 - 12 Business Days

  • Cost: FREE

International:

  • Method: Express Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10 - 15 Business Days

  • Cost: Calculated at Checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak Q4 holiday shopping periods.

Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

  • Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at rstradersllc24@gmail.com or call/text +1 (334) 901-4144.

  • Once an order enters processing or dispatch, we cannot modify the shipping destination or cancel the shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members or neighbors first, then contact your local postal delivery service.

  • If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please take photos/videos immediately and email us at rstradersllc24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a free replacement.
